This homepage was made to give potential visitors to the capital of the
Kingdom of Denmark a visual preview.
The image that is very often promoted is that of a fairytale city, that
seem to be constructed to serve this purpose. The construction of this
image is not necessarily false but on the other hand it is not entirely
the definitive truth.
I conceived the idea of a homepage that would go beyond the colourful
images of the average travel guide and present a more gothic and
melancholic image of Copenhagen.
This homepage is therefore my image of Copenhagen, this image is no more
true than the image generated by the tourist industry. But it is on the
other hand neither untrue!
This homepage was started in 2003 and has since then been developed in a ongoing
process. I hope you like what you see,
it is
my
ambition to generate an interest in Copenhagen and it secrets.
I
sincerely
hope
you will visit this grand little city.
